It is real, but they are retards. The compound they are using is Synthlol as someone already pointed out. It is an oil that is injected in the muscles. They are not strong they have just pumped in a lot of oil in the muscles.

these is not steroids these are silicone injections which makes it unbalanced bigger in size

If its genuine pictures, its got nothing to do with steroids, but oil injections, much like female breast implants..
